Philosophy
We seek to contribute to the development of nursing studies through practice and research by fostering competent persons with unshaken faith in human dignity, who have such an expert knowledge or art as enables them to cope with the shifting environment in health care, medical care and social welfare with originality, creativity and pioneering spirit.

Doctor's Program
We seek to foster competent persons (especially, highly creative persons with distinct ability of research) who can independently pursue nursing studies with a broad intellectual outlook both at home and abroad, by cultivating superior ability of research based on wide and thorough scholarship.

1. Fostering of practical researchers
  2. Development of nursing studies in matters of health through life (Courses in the Health Care through Lifespan)
  3. Development of basic studies in nursing (Courses in Basic Nursing Science)
  4. Development of nursing studies in the environment, community, administration, and so forth (Courses in Various Nursing Subjects)
  5. Construction of a study of disaster nursing (Courses in Various Nursing Subjects)
  6. Core subjects to establish the interdisciplinary basis as a researcher
