Philosophy
We seek to contribute to the development of nursing studies through practice and research by fostering competent persons with unshaken faith in human dignity, who have such an expert knowledge or art as enables them to cope with the shifting environment in health care, medical care and social welfare with originality, creativity and pioneering spirit.

Master's Program
We seek to foster competent persons who can play an active part both at home and abroad by instructing them in the strict and profound scholarship of nursing with a broad intellectual outlook, thus cultivating in them either the highly expert abilities of nursing practice or the basic abilities as a researcher. They are meant to become advanced professionals such as clinical nurse specialists or those in the fields of nursing administration/policy or nursing education.


1. Development of advanced special knowledge and skills

  3. Development of the ability of international contribution in nursing
  4. Promotion of academic research
  5. Higher liberal arts forming the integral part of education to cultivate an interdisciplinary outlook
