The Hyogo International Association was created as a focal point for international exchange and international cooperation in Hyogo prefecture. The Association aims to promote mutual international understanding by providing a venue for international exchange.
Main projects for international students are as follows:
Japanese language course for foreign students（Courses with different levels, evening courses or intensive courses)
Events targeted international students.
Free Internet access service and Library corner of Hyogo International Plaza.
