Overseas Offices
The University of Hyogo has established overseas offices to promote educational and research collaboration with partner universities under academic exchange agreements, to facilitate the dispatch of students from the University and the recruitment of international students, and to expand human resource development through industry-academia collaboration with local Japanese-affiliated companies.

Romania Office
The Romania Office promotes educational and research collaboration for global human resource development with universities and other institutions within the European Union, recruits international students to the University, and supports the dispatch of the University's students abroad (Established in November 2024).
Main Activities
- Promotion of student exchange programs and academic exchange with universities in Romania
- Promotion of industry-academia collaboration with Romanian companies
- Academic exchange activities such as concluding MOUs with universities within the EU
- Coordination to expand academic exchange activities, including information sessions to recruit international students for the Faculty of Economics and Management, Global Business Course (GBC), etc.

Thailand Office
The Thailand Office promotes the recruitment of international students to the University from Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, as well as human resource development through industry-academia collaboration with Japanese-affiliated companies operating in the region (Established in November 2025).
Main Activities
- Promotion of student exchange programs and academic exchange with universities in Thailand
- Promotion of internship programs for Japanese-affiliated companies operating in Thailand
- Academic exchange activities such as concluding MOUs with universities in Southeast Asia
- Coordination to expand academic exchange activities, including information sessions to recruit international students for the Faculty of Economics and Management, Global Business Course (GBC), etc.
